Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Baltics is one of 16 Samsung Electronics Sales subsidiaries in Europe. There are 200 employees located across all three Baltic countries with the central office based in Riga, Latvia. In the pursuit of global excellence, we are continuously looking for dynamic new leaders of the digital age.
Whilst Samsung is transforming the world of smartphones, tablets and smart accessories, we are looking for an experienced and capable team member to join as Key Account Manager.

We offer competitive salary from 3500 – 4000 Eur gross and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up to 7350 – 8400 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. Role and Responsibilities

Summary of main responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities. Develop strategies to expand market share.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met with a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments. Use insights to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management. Use data to drive decision-making and improve strategies, hold the responsibility of forecasting and stock management.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Fluent English and Estonian language skills
  • Minimum three years of previous work experience in sales, and key account management preferable in an international company.
  • Marketing communication and retail marketing understanding.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities.
  • Good reporting skills (expert MS PowerPoint and Excel skills).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability follow-through on agreements.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive and achieve challenging goals and growth of business results in a constantly changing environment.
  • Experience in mobile devices, telecom operators, or related telecommunications tools is highly valued and considered a strong advantage.
