About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Key Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The lies within the Northern Europe business unit in our amazing Stockholm office!
You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and will report to the Head of Retail Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
You will have full P&L responsibility and craft the customer strategy, encompassing portfolio, price, promotion, and category management. Based in our vibrant new office in Stockholm city, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to continuous improvement and achieving stellar results, all while enjoying the journey.
In brief, you will be responsible for
- Owning the P&L for a selected number of key Swedish customers
- Managing day to day relationship with these customers and building strong partnerships
- Develop and execute customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives
- Preparing and executing the Annual Operating Plan for these accounts
- Formulate Joint Business Plans
- Setting promo plans and optimizing assortment including listings of NPDs
- Implement field sales strategies and strategic partnerships for your accounts
- Close cross functional collaboration with the marketing, finance, and supply functions for setting and executing:
- Marketing plan
- Budget setting and follow up, and business cases
- Demand planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, facing Swedish Grocery/Retail customers is highly preferred
- Fluent Swedish and English skills
