Job Description

  • Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships across different verticals
  • Maintain relationships with key partner point of contact, including merchants and brand principals
  • Able to collaborate and convers in multi-lingual discussion with partner point of contacts
  • Collaborate with the BD Team to develop offline & online channel growth strategies to acquire merchants
  • Drive the end-to-end strategic business development initiatives - identifying the potential
  • Collaboration areas, formulating the partnership strategy, and ensuring the strategic commitments are fully optimized and delivered
  • Generate insightful reports to measure performance across various partnership deals and continuously optimize upselling.
  • Supervise and interact closely with various cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, engineering, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in Mandarin, English,and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and proactive, with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
