Key Accounts Manager

As an experienced Key Accounts Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers and driving growth of our Connected Care solutions. Developing strong relationships with your customers, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the Health and Social care sector and enabling their digital transformation.
This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months.

What you'll do:

• Manage and build relationships with new and existing customers at a senior level to ensure they get the best out of our products and services
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services and meet agreed revenue targets
• Work collaboratively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth and advise on best practice
• Work with internal teams on other adhoc projects as needed

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or a similar role
• Experience working towards and achieving agreed revenue and retention targets
• A great communicator - able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers
• A creative problem solver with a flair for resolving customer issues and managing expectations
• Experience in the care sector is highly desirable
• An understanding of technology and practical application of this within a health/care setting would be an advantage
