Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, has an exciting opportunity for a Key Personnel Recruiter to join our team.  The ideal Senior Key Personnel Recruiter will have experience managing and leading various recruitment efforts in support of proposal teams to secure and maintain mission critical IT Projects for the Federal Government.
This position is remote; however, ideal candidates will be within the Washington, D.C area.
Essential Job Functions
- Work directly with proposal managers to establish the requirements for Key Personnel recruitment efforts
- Utilize resources, such as LinkedIn, social media, Internal Project Teams and other innovative means to source and recruit highly qualified candidates for consideration to be added to proposals
- Incumbent personnel recruitment and Incumbent personnel research
- Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the KP Matrix for each proposal to track and map qualified candidates
- Review documentation provided by the Government to determine key technologies and certifications required (i.e. RFQ’s, RFP’s, etc.)
- Troubleshoot roadblocks and barriers and create a new action plan to secure qualified resumes
- Work in a timely manner with proposal team to ensure resumes are submitted on-time
- Responsible for formatting resumes, gathering required documentation including letters of commitments, and mapping resume requirements for proposal submissions
- In certain cases, act as the subcontractor for additional resources for recruitment efforts with our partners
 Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience serving as a government technical recruiter.
- 3+ years of experience as a Key Personnel Recruiter
- Demonstrated experience leading recruitment efforts for proposal submissions
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office tools
- Proficient in LinkedIn recruiter and other job sources such as Indeed, Clearance Jobs, etc.
