Carrier Fire & Securityis seeking an experienced, passionate, and creativePaid Media Managerfor its Kidde Residential Fire Products business. This role is responsible for developing and implementing our paid media strategy to improve our marketing, sales, and product innovation efforts. This includes managing the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid digital advertising marketing campaigns. The Paid Media Manager will lead an agency team to execute all paid media efforts including campaign ideation, setup, optimization, testing, and analysis. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for optimizing media that connects with people, turning fans into customers and customers into advocates.
ThePaid Media Manageris a part of the Kidde Media Team working closely with the Social Media manager and reporting to the Sr. Communications Manager. The role will work collaboratively with the cross-functional teams within the Kidde business, as well as Carrier, and with agencies that support paid, owned, and earned media.

We have the flexibility to have this position in Atlanta, GA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or fully remote!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading agency team in the strategy and efficient day-to-day management of assigned digital marketing campaigns; monitors budget pacing, taxonomy, ad copy optimization, and testing strategy to ensure efficient and effective delivery of campaigns.
- Leverages digital media methodologies and tools required to deliver efficient and profitable digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversees media buying strategy, campaign creation, optimization, and rigorous testing strategies aligned to business priorities to achieve KPI target for assigned platform or business area.
- Stays current with new advances in paid digital marketing, the competitive landscape, and vendor capabilities; leverage that knowledge to influence current and future business plans and strategies; drive digital marketing innovation, thought leadership, and best practice sharing throughout the organization.
- Proactively explores and tests new campaign types, tactics, and strategies to continually optimize campaigns.
- Lead team in continually making optimizations resulting in improved campaign KPIs. Oversees advertising budget.
- Stewards' campaigns to maximize performance in appropriate platforms across Display, Online Video, Content Distribution, and Affiliate partners.
- Works with other digital marketing teams to maximize on-site and in-store traffic and revenue.
- Collaborates closely with Social Media team to optimize POE in that space
- Helps manage holistic initiatives/programs
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- To accomplish this, they must have knowledge and experience in the ever-changing digital media ecosystem.
- The individual must also be able to lead a team, analyze complex data sets to identify target audience opportunities, and forecast results and budget expectations.
- Strategic leadership and collaboration skills
- Organizational skills including strategic planning, time management, attention to detail
- Proven demonstration of delivering digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive meaningful actions from large datasets
- Solid understanding of other digital media channel best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience working with global teams including Canada a plus
- 5+ years experience in Marketing, Media, or related field
