Kinaxis Rapid Response Specialist
Job Description
SoHo Dragon is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Kinaxis Rapid Response Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Rapid Response and various internal and external systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow and enabling efficient collaboration across disparate platforms.
The successful hire should be certified in Kinaxis and has completed at least 3-5 end to end implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Rapid Response and various systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS)
- Utilize Kinaxis Integration Layer and other relevant tools to facilitate data exchange
- Configure and manage integration workflows and monitoring processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively
- Document and maintain integration specifications and best practices
- Stay updated on the latest Rapid Response features and integration technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Business Analysts) to ensure successful integration implementation Identify and implement opportunities to improve integration efficiency and performance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of integration standards and best practices
Qualifications/Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in data integration, preferably with cloud-based platforms
- Proven experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning solutions
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques
- Familiarity with industry standard integration protocols (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
