Kitchen Designer/Sales Associate

We are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Designer with strong sales abilities to join our team. The candidate will be proficient in ProKitchen or 2020 design software, have a proven track record in customer service and sales, and be able to manage projects from concept to completion. This is a retail store so working weekends are required. Key Responsibilities: • Create accurate and functional cabinet layouts using ProKitchen. • Work with clients to qualify and determine needs, style preferences, and budget. • Present and explain design solutions while guiding customers through the selection process. • Manage projects from design to sale and completion • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications: • Proficiency in ProKitchen or 2020 software. • Previous experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath design, or related field is required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
