We are hiring for a Kitchen Manager for Elsewhere Too- 1604 Location.
We’re seeking an experiencedKitchen Managerto lead our back-of-house operations, ensure consistent food quality, and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff scheduling
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
• Collaborate with management on menu planning and specials
Requirements:
• Proven kitchen management experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:Full-time, including evenings/weekends as needed.
