Kitchen Manager/Chef

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality food production in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking. • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of food quality. • Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. • Monitor inventory levels and assist in budgeting to control costs effectively. • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance customer service and dining experiences. • Address any customer feedback or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction. Requirements • Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably within a quick service fast food restaurant or fine dining establishment. • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. • Experience in budgeting and cost control within a food service environment. • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. • Background in hospitality management is preferred but not required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
