Kitchen Supervisor part time every other weekend
Job Description
Responsible for supervising the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as directed by the Food Services Director, to ensure that quality food service and nutritional care is provided at all times.
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma and have completed an approved dietary manager course.
1. Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility or other related medical facility.
2. Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
3. Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
