Job Description:

• Must follow all safety policies
• Must wear all PPE as required
• Must follow all of good manufacturing practices
• Good written and oral skills
• Make sure paperwork is filled out completely in a neat and orderly fashion and turned in at the end of your shift
• Must stay in your work center until your relief arrives
• Must notify a Supervisor/Line Leader if you need to leave your work area
• Train and Develop personnel as needed
• Any spills or deviations must be reported to your Supervisor
• Must verify the item numbers and record lot numbers
• Prepare and mix raw ingredients for production
• Weigh ingredients according to batch specifications using scale
• Document amount of ingredients used by using scan gun
• Use appropriate containers depending on product being manufactured
• Take ingredients and batch paperwork to Batcher
• Re-weigh partial bags/containers and re-label for return's and scan
• Stage ingredients to be returned to warehouse after production is complete
• Maintain a clean and safe working area in progress: trash, floors etc.
• Wash buckets
• Any downtime is cleaning time no exceptions
• Must be self- motivated and be a team player

• Performs other duties as assigned by a Supervisor
