Job Description

Assist in areas when directed by Inventory Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with gathering of information in an assigned project such as packaging requirements, deadline, etc. 
• Assist with the assembling of kits/projects and ensure that they meet specifications directed by Lead. 
• Assist in taking a pro-active role in cleaning and maintaining project work area.
• Keeps close eye on any perishable items to ensure we are managing expiration dates appropriately.
• Assist with fulfillment needs as directed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree.
• One year of warehouse/fulfillment experience.
• Prior kitting experience a plus.

Skills/Competencies:

• Excellent organization and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to be a creative thinker, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with BIG team members whose project you are assigned in a professional and positive manner.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend for at least 8 hours of a day. 
• Ability to obtain WAV certification.
