Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
KLA Pro Systems provides a variety of certified and remanufactured tools to meet almost every customer's needs. We offer testing, refurbishment and certification services that deliver the outstanding quality and precision KLA is known for. Our portfolio consists of 200mm/300mm Mature and Legacy Inspection & Metrology Products to help support the needs of our unique customer requirements.
Pro seeks a high-energy sales manager with sales experience in the Capital Equipment industry to join the fast-growing Pro System team.
As part of the Pro Systems sales organization, this role will manage all sales related activities in direct partnership with our GCO customer facing field teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting bookings, share and adoption targets along with execution of the growth strategy for territory of responsibility, including new account development, expansion of existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, structuring complex deals, partnering with Business Units, Applications and Marketing teams to drive business opportunities within the sales funnel.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Meet or exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives for assigned geographical area.
- Work with field teams to develop, align and drive Penetration, Share and Adoption strategies throughout the year to a successful conclusion.
- Support field team with driving sales activities in a timely manner including structuring of deals, tool bundling, tool delivery, and post-delivery support as required.
- Develop detailed knowledge of customers including competitive activities within the region.
- Deliver accurate product sales forecasts through close management of sales opportunities.
- Understand and drive timely FPA where required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering undergraduate degree.
- At least 5 years' experience in direct sales of semi capital equipment
- Ability to work as part in a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals with an understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to deliver effective technical presentations to customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comprehensive digital literacy.
- Experience with Miller Heiman or Conceptual/Strategic Sales techniques a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
