Base Pay Range: $115,900.00 - $197,000.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA

Are you an experienced, hard-working program manager in technology or a resilience industry professional or an experienced program manager who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As a Resilience Program Manager (Resilience PM) you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects across the global KLA enterprise!

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

The Resilience PM will:

  • Support project teams, collaborators, and business owners that are responsible for implementation of the enterprise resilience programs.
  • Run and implement resilience program management activities including but not limited to communications management, risk management, issue management, schedule management, variance analysis, performance measurement and analysis, and other critical management activities in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Support development of reports and briefings for leadership.
  • Coordinate with other 3rd party vendors and be responsible for project documentation.
  • Develop work breakdown structures and plan and schedule work in collaboration with internal or external resources.
  • Lead creation and maintenance of a coordinated master schedule with guidance from multiple project teams, in addition to conducting schedule planning for their own project team.
  • Support ongoing risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, and reporting.
  • Facilitate meetings and develop briefings and reports for executive management.
  • Ensuring team compliance with governance processes, tracking of action items, and will coach and supervise project teams and business owners.

Required Qualifications

  • For all education levels: 3+ years of experience leading large internal IT or Operations projects that required advanced risk management, QA, and coordination of multiple simultaneous workstreams
  • PhD degree requires 3+ years of PM work experience, Master's degree requires 6+ years of PM work experience and Bachelor's degree requires 8+ years of total experience and 5+ years of PM work experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Desired Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in implementing Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Technology Disaster Recovery Plans.
  • Skilled in ISO 22301, performed BIA, information security, crisis and incident requirements gathering, analysis, and planning
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and practices around risk, resilience, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications

PhD degree requires 3+ years of PM work experience, Master's degree requires 6+ years of PM work experience and Bachelor's degree requires 8+ years of total experience and 5+ years of PM work experience
