Your Role

As a Knowledge Architect your focus will be on ensuring that our associates, applications, and our knowledge artefacts are connected through standardized and well governed data structures. While you will not be writing technical documents, Information architects focus on understanding the different data sets and applications that connect our knowledge content, and our end users. You will play a key role in ensuring that content is searchable, accessible, reliable and available; working closely with data analytics, IT, and other parts of the business, to bring standardization to how our metadata is utilized to enhance audience targeting. You will need to have strong design thinking skills and an ability to create information flows and templates as you help design product and data structures from both a customer perspective, and the operational perspective.

What You Will Be Doing• Work closely with the Knowledge Management team and SharePoint Product Owner to design data structures and flows to improve findability and usability of knowledge content• Interface with the business to identify new knowledge areas, create data structures and ensure connectivity between our data hubs, and end user interfaces• Maintain meeting cadence with quality, analytics, training, and IT as part of continual collaboration of data structure audits to ensure optimized audience targeting• Evaluating the performance of information architectures through analysis and research and present recommendations• Work with business leads to understand data requirements for technology solutions such as digital assistants, and ensure that knowledge content data structures enable successful deployment• In partnership with the broader Operations Intelligence team, develop and/or extend our data strategy to connect knowledge management to existing metrics and KPIs, and develop new metrics as needed• Develop data processes and structures that support the discovery and collection of tacit knowledge across the organization• Support the development of expert groups who will own, curate, and maintain content for their domain• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders in cross-functional meetings, highlighting operational risks, and presenting solutions• Formulating prospective informational designs and templates for further development• Create and prepare reports for management and executive teams, using data visualization tools such as Power BI• Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions• Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features• Lead strategic initiatives for the Knowledge Management team as part of the multi-year roadmap

Must Have/What You Bring• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Computer Science and 3+ years of relevant experience in knowledge management / information architecture; or• Master's in Business or Data Analytics and 3+ years with consulting, product development, solution development• Experience in creating business processes and procedures• Experience working in distributed cross functional teams• Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve impact through collaboration, presence, and strong communication skills.• Experience in client, partner, and stakeholder management across internal business units • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Customer/Partner Relationships, Product & Technology• Strong self-driven time management and prioritization abilities• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products

Nice to Have• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate a plus• Agile or PMP certification a plus
