Who we need?

Global Knowledge Base Specialist. This role works to be accountable for creating, maintaining, and optimizing published content ensuring the knowledge is highly functional and relevant to end-users on a global scale. This role partners closely with other business teams to translate complex processes into simple, end-user-focused solutions with a particular focus on customer experience via a self-service platform. As a solution subject matter expert, team members work to apply knowledge centered support and methodologies.

You are an analyst within CRE. You love the industry but you want to make the move to technology. Or, you might be a recent grad with a real estate or finance degree. You are seeking a different path; you want to work for the industry leading tech product provider as opposed to the commercial realtor.

Joining us now as a Global Knowledge Base Specialist is just the first step into a rapidly scaling company. As a global leader in the Commercial Real Estate industry, there are multiple career paths for you into roles in Product Management, Business Analyst and/or as a Subject Matter Expert.

What our new Global Knowledge Specialist will do?
  • Create, maintain, update and audit new and existing knowledge base articles (how to, error resolutions, best practices, scenario based)
  • Portal Document Library: Create, maintain and update technical solution documents for publishing
  • Portal Video Library: Create, maintain and update how to informational videos for publishing
  • Partner with trainers, agent and other business teams on end user solutions to contribute to self-service knowledge base
  • Attend all sprints, demos, knowledge transfer sessions and DRC sessions to elevate knowledge set
  • Analyze development specs for knowledge content and determine need for new articles or updates to existing articles
  • Create and closely monitor customer community profiles and discussion boards
  • Responsible for Social Media interactions and post
  • Update, maintain and deliver support policies and procedures for internal knowledge base publications
  • Account and contact auditing to ensure data integrity

Who are you?
  • ARGUS Software Certified (ASC) in minimum of three solutions.
  • A strategic thinker that enjoys analyzing financial data with technical skills.
  • A problem solver with a desire to troubleshoot usage and technical issues. You are a logical thinker; yet you are incredibly adept at thinking of all possible answers with the ability to translate end user resolutions. You believe in researching options and creating innovative solutions.
