The Knowledge and Content intern will work closely with the Knowledge platform manager, content specialists, and team members from other departments to contribute and maintain documentation for nCino and its knowledge base.

Responsibilities
  • Research and gather information to support writing projects for a variety of teams
  • Research, develop, and present on knowledge base analytics to enhance content management accuracy
  • Assist with formatting updates and peer review for Knowledge articles and other forms of documentation
  • Assist with Knowledge queue maintenance
  • Assist with Customer Success project implementation survey knowledge transfer
  • Work with Content Specialists to facilitate responses to comments left on Knowledge articles
  • Assist the Content Specialist with maintaining article links to ensure users experience uninterrupted article access
  • Collaborate with team members to revise and generate new documentation as needed
  • Monitor high volume Slack channels and assist with knowledge article (KA) creation as a by-product of those interactions
  • Assist the Japan Marketing team with migrating translated content into Knowledge

Requirements

Desired
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other editing programs
  • Experience writing, copyediting, and proofreading technical content or other content for a variety of audiences
  • Interest in financial services software and the fintech industry
  • Interest in professional writing; copyediting; technical writing; writing for businesses; content analytics; content management and organization
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university with a concentration in English, Professional Writing, Communications, Technology, or another relevant field (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
