 Knowledge/ Management Analyst II (MA2)~ Top Secret with Polygraph~ Fort Meade, MD 

Responsibilities:

 Creating/Maintaining/Updating knowledge management framework

• Providing input into client business processes for the purpose of updating/streamlining current processes
• When required, build new streamlined business processes supporting client needs and requirements
• Collaborating with the Knowledge Management division to create KM solutions supporting client needs
• Overseeing storage and distribution of client material
• Ensure quick and easy access to vital client information
• Organizing/Maintaining KM awareness
• Ensure client personnel are trained, aware and able to access and utilize KM solutions

Required Skills

Minimum Qualifications: 

• B.S. or B.A degree (4 years of additional experience may be substituted to meet this requirement). 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience performing management analysis. 
• At least 5 years of specialized management analysis experience in areas such as business process reengineering, configuration management, quality control/assurance, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic planning.
