Position Summary
Capture, catalog, and disseminate the strategic and analytic consulting staff’s individual and collective intellectual capital and make it readily available to the broader team in order to maximize the effectiveness of the organization’s expertise, ensure client access to best practices, and deliver consistently high-quality service to our clients. Drive the Knowledge Management strategy, process development and continued refinement. Act as an integral member of the Operations Team.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Lead the development of an update to PRECISIONadvisor’s KM strategy and subsequent process implementation
- Aid consulting practice leads and content experts in the identification of appropriate insights, methodologies, tools, proposals, benchmarking materials, case studies and other intellectual capital for addition to the KM repository / intranet
- Monitor progress by leveraging analytics to assess the impact, engagement, functionality and effectiveness of KM strategy
- Provide relevant coaching, training and support to champion a KM culture
- Normalize KM activities as seamless part of project execution rather than additional steps
- Identify opportunities for and lead implementation of continued improvement in the KM process, content and best practices
- Manage knowledge capture and cataloging effectively at the team level
- Create and maintain a high quality, up-to-date repository of searchable content
- Conduct quality control reviews on all outgoing major documents/deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years previous experience working with and managing KM tools (e.g., SharePoint, Jive, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Preferred
- Previous experience with a life sciences strategy consultancy
- Understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry
