Knowledge Management Product Owner

Citi Learning works to drive business performance by connecting employees with relevant and innovative Learning, Knowledge, and Performance support experiences when and where they need them. The Digital Learning and Talent Team is responsible for Digital Learning and Knowledge Management Systems globally.

The successful candidate will function as Product Manager and Subject Matter Expert for Citi's Knowledge Management Solutions.

General Responsibilities:
  • Product ownership for Knowledge Management and Performance Support products ranging from knowledgebase applications to in-app guidance
  • Drive the strategy of contextual Knowledge Management/Performance Support across functional desktop/Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Maintain view and relationships across knowledge management and learning spectrum, focusing on opportunities to align processes on shared objectives such as content reuse and the content lifecycle.
  • Establish regular communication channels with stakeholders. Educate stakeholders on optimal use of knowledge management technology platforms and features.
  • Partner with program management resources and support teams across a variety of related project workstreams.
  • Thought leadership with respect to content development as part of a comprehensive Knowledge Management/Performance Support vision
  • Partner with colleagues in Technology, Learning and Enterprise to implement process change and technology solutions.
  • Drives future-oriented vision of knowledge management methodology, balancing the facilitation and delivery of explicit and tacit knowledge.
  • Maintain awareness of industry strategies and best practices related to knowledge management and performance support.

  • Proven track record of delivery and achievement. Ensures high quality outcomes are delivered within committed timelines.
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) a plus

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experience in Knowledge Management, Learning and/or Performance Support solutions
  • Project management skills and proven ability to manage large-scale training programs
