Knowledge Manager
Job Description
This position requires a candidate with experience performing a variety of program functions, including:
- Knowledge management support, in the form of records planning and management, strategy development and implementation
- Content management system support to ensure the smooth and efficient integration of information and knowledge throughout office business processes.
- Workflow coordination activities across the office
- Metrics development and capture for business intelligence analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming, or a related Technical Field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
- Having strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with SharePoint O365 and legacy systems
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data repositories and capabilities to index and archive developed products and information
- Familiarity with ADVANA
- Familiarity with database development and related languages such as SQL and VisualBasic
This position is contingent upon award of a contract (one base year + four option years) expected in August 2023 supporting the Department of Defense.
