Description
We are looking for a Korean Speaking Project Manager with a solid background in games who will manage sub teams of game artists, developers, designers and QA to join our teams in Abu Dhabi, Malta, Poland, Serbia or Armenia. Responsibilities
- Analyzing and investigating new project requirements, preparing project plans
- Assessing risks and building mitigation plans
- Identifying and clarifying the team goals; ensuring that Client and Developer’s expectations are aligned
- Assigning and managing team individual tasks, tracking them on daily basis
- Managing interactions between project team, company departments and Client
- Ensuring that project meets dead-lines, delivering product of required quality and staying within allocated budget
- Maintaining status transparency on various levels through reporting
- Tracking team health, individual performance results, taking part in Career Development plans creation
- Conducting interviews, contribute to hiring process.
- 3+ years commercial experience in project management
- Experience in GameDev
- Experience managing various sub-teams (programmers, artists, game designers, QA) in one project
- Experience of work on all project phases (from idea to release), adjusting methodologies depending on the project’s phase and team’s size
- Experience of work with global clients, ability to establish collaborative relationship and a high level of trust
- Ability to manage efficiently 15+ persons teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented approach
- Fluent English and Korean
