Job Description

• Conduct fit-gap analysis of the existing system architecture, understanding Statements of Work (SOW), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Technology Management Plans.
• Expand or modify systems to improve workflow efficiency, adhering to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Gather technical requirements from clients and consultants, performing detailed analysis and documentation.
• Analyze and determine the functional and technical specifications necessary to migrate existing systems to Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Google Cloud Platform).
• Develop and manage Cloud Migration Blueprints according to customer specifications and integrate these frameworks into Shiro.ai Cloud for comprehensive automated solutions.
• Create business process specifications, workflows, and technical specifications, implementing solutions through custom programming, BPM products, and RPA tools as per business requirements.
• Evaluate and select suitable automation tools for RPA (UiPath or Automation Anywhere) implementation for ERP and Cloud-based solutions (e.g., Shiro.ai e-Discovery).
• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest alternative business solutions to enhance accuracy and responsiveness.
• Document and analyze discovery models and process maps using enterprise architecture tools like Shiro.ai Cloud.
• Develop, configure, and manage Cloud Servers to ensure continuous integration of tools required for daily operations.
• Design, create, and maintain database content for various logging databases hosted on the Cloud.
• Create and maintain supporting documentation, including Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and technical configurations in collaboration with Business SMEs.
• Collect and analyze data from Cloud-hosted applications and services, generating data-driven analyses to suggest business process improvements.
• Assist in the development, configuration, and testing of solutions, ensuring specification needs are met and supporting post-implementation activities.
• Research and present the latest BPM, Cloud tools, and RPA technologies to management for informed decision-making.
• Administer Cloud Control Panels by assigning user permission levels and configuring access with the necessary approvals.
• Prepare and provide end-user training documentation for Cloud-integrated applications and services, offering ongoing support for business users.
• Assist in the design and improvement of existing vendor relationships, working with technical system design-supported vendors to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
• Participate in developing implementation strategies and plans with business units, balancing project team focus on strategic and tactical business objectives.
• Create process models, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assist in identifying potential vendors, and evaluate RFI and RFP responses.
• Generate comprehensive analysis and documentation for front-tier and middle-tier applications, ensuring the feasibility of processes suitable for automation.

Qualifications

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
