KRONOS SENIOR TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL LEAD (REMOTE)

Position Summary

We have an immediate need for a go getter ready to take the lead on a UKG/Kronos managed services engagement. You will handle and run the Kronos Managed Services engagement from Onshore (US) and actively work with offshore resources in onshore-offshore model. This position requires a deep knowledge of UKG modules, particularly in Dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Kronos Workforce Central, specifically the Accruals & Absence Management modules.
• Configure WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch / DX terminals).
• Facilitate and guide the full life cycle of the project or workstream including Business Analysis, Design, System Configuration, Testing.
• Lead the gathering of detailed requirements, develop a design, and then build the design to deliver the solution to the client.
• Demonstrate advanced-level knowledge of the Kronos Workforce suite of products.
• Pilot complex working sessions, define objectives and provide strategic guidance to meet client-specific needs.
• Performed the f ull life cycle of a project including leading the gathering of detailed requirements, developing, and building the design, delivering the solution to the client, and providing support as required.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with the Kronos Workforce suite of products, implementing, and configuring Kronos Dimensions, Workforce Central or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
• Experience implementing and configuring Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.
• Domain expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products.

• Excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
• Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
