In this role, You are the face of Kronos Support. You will resolve and coordinate daily support activities for the time and attendance systems.
How will you do it
- Be the first line of contact for our customer base.
- Develop and implement clear communication to customers for system changes and outages.
- Partner with HRIS and customers to develop solutions for time and attendance requests.
- Resolve sophisticated system issues with minimal oversight.
- Detect upcoming bottlenecks and production issues proactively and consult teams hands-on towards improved technical solutions.
- Architect solutions that meet the customers expectation and are optimized for efficient support.
- Lead dynamics of the daily operation by driving improvements within the support center, aligning resources, and training to ensure customer happiness.
- Lead a team of highly engaged individuals tasked with providing front line Product Support to our customers.
- Mentor, coach, and develop employees at various levels of the company.
- Resolve raised support issues.
- Improves team performance, recognizes and rewards performance, coaches employees, supports their development, and handles poor performance
- Train teams in relevant roles and responsibilities for their functions as part of a DevOps organization.
- Works toward the objective of defect free software
- Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to advise decision-making.
- Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
- Builds effective links with internal/external partners and ensures alignment
- Supports production issues, includes independently completing root-cause analysis and diagnosis.
- Finds opportunities to strengthen the development capability, such as: sharing expertise to promote technical development, mentoring employees
- Act a liaison among business owners in delivering the Application Support.
- See opportunities to improve and transform internal business processes and day to day activities.
- Developing your knowledge, skills and leadership abilities for future career advancement.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
- Work with International teams in different time zones as needed.
What we look for
Required
- 8+ years specifically working as functional/technical analyst experienced with Kronos Work Force Central. Any experience with Workforce Dimensions is helpful.
- 5+ years' experience as a Technical Lead or HR Business Systems Analyst, working with or supporting a time and attendance system.
- Strong Kronos Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise.
- Knowledge in configuring Kronos WFC modules - Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities also, hands on experience on Setup Configurations - Pay code, Pay rules, Adjustment rules, Work rules, Zones, Access profiles etc. But not limited to.
- Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a proven team player.
- Experience developing WIM interfaces, SQL stored procedures and SQL queries.
- Excellent digital literacy skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Scripting experience with tools like VBScript or PowerShell.
- Experience using a service ticketing system, such as ServiceNow.
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities.
- 100% Hands on and Team Collaboration.
- 80% Management duties.
