Summary:

Jobs in this family are responsible for developing, integrating, testing, maintaining, installing, and/or deploying of Kronos/UKG related components and related information system applications. In addition, they are responsible for the establishment, development, and promotion of standard architectures, as well as hardware and software components. This role provides consulting services regarding how to integrate information technologies into clinical and business processes and the effective application of industry and organizational technology standards.

Expected activities include but are not limited to: • implementation and configuration of Kronos and related applications to meet user requirements • development of enterprise architecture to support and deliver applications to users • participation in application upgrades • participation in the resolution of problems and issues associated with installed applications and related information technologies • diagnosis of failures encountered in application software and related technologies • confer with vendors to address system support issues and escalations • change control process for all application implementations/enhancements prior to release to customers, • maintains an awareness of vendor and industry developments/plans in area(s) of responsibility • develop reports and dashboards for activities occurring within supported applications • participate in complex projects by developing and documenting business processes, system processes and tasks associated with completing projects

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BA/BS degree in IS or Business is preferred.
• Position requires at least 6 years of direct experience.
• 6+years Kronos or Timekeeping Experience.
• May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of education and/or experience stated above.
• Solid knowledge of systems software / hardware, networks and Windows operating systems.
• Solid knowledge of processes and tools utilized for system management, problem reporting, change management and support tools.
• T-SQL Experience in reporting and dashboards.
• Solid technical troubleshooting skills.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
