Job Summary
NOV is actively recruiting a Global Workforce Management Supervisor in Houston, TX to join our HR Technology team. The successful candidate will serve as the lead subject matter expert and system owner for our Kronos (UKG) Workforce Central system. The responsibilities include leading global projects for UKG Dimensions Timekeeping and Activities implementations and supporting initiatives involving timekeeping with the Oracle Cloud payrolls and ADP/Celergo global payrolls. This role will provide systems support and analysis to facilitate leveraging technology solutions to meet the organizational needs as it relates to Time and Labor.
Responsibilities
- Leading global Kronos / UKG Dimensions implementations while managing system enhancements and other projects initiatives.
- Perform as a functional bridge amongst external vendors and internal stakeholders. Coordinating implementations, patches, testing and development work.
- Maintaining exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and changing expectations.
- Gather customer feedback and provide high customer satisfaction. Work with diverse internal customers globally across different time zones to identify ways to enhance, streamline, standardize processes and improve system adoption to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage configuration across supported systems, including functional and technical requirement gathering, scoping and design of systems solutions and process, creation of specification documents, to successfully meet client needs.
- Able to steer organization through strategic WFM initiatives with a focus on market needs, user adoption, quality, and change/transformational leadership.
- Provide data export and reporting support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions experience or relevant lead roles in major projects
- Knowledge on implementing Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Attendance and Activities modules is required.
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of training, education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Expert user in MS PowerPoint, MS Projects and MS Excel
- Availability to work hours outside of normal business hours (i.e., global time zone meetings during the week, occasionally system upgrades during weekends)
- Hybrid work schedule

Preferred
- PMP Certification
- Experience with Accruals & Leave, Advance Scheduling modules, Mobile, Workforce Device Manager (WDM) and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
- Experience with following systems is a plus: ADP, Celergo and Oracle HCM Cloud.
