JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ability to load arbors, prepare surface for plating by vapor blaster, and insert arbor for plating.
Ensure quality and thickness of chrome, maintain chemical composition of chrome bath and operate shot peen machine
Perform all required inspection checks on the rings
Must be able to run to standard after training period
Observe all safety policies
Ability to read, write and perform basic math, read blueprints, and read applicable measuring devices
Adherence to the Chrome Plate Job Instruction
Any other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Standing 100%
Walking 30%-70%
Lifting 100 lbs maximum with frequent lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs

Work environment involves exposure to potentially hazardous materials, which will require the use of additional personal protective equipment.
