Summary
We are looking for a KYB Team Lead who can strengthen our department and motivate the teammates!

– KYB team oversight (3 people)
– Task distribution & control via Jira & Zendesk
– Business customers verifications check/approval/reject (L, M, H risk)
– Team members' personal development plans implementation
– KYB processes optimization
– KYB-related policies/procedure/controls review/update
– Weekly/monthly/yearly teamwork reporting

– 3+ years of experience in AML/CTF/Business verification, preferably in EMI/PSP
– Advanced level of English
– Deep understanding of AML/CTF area and desire to develop in this niche
– Experience in policies/procedure drafting/implementation

Will be a plus:
– Compliance certification (e.g. ACAMS, ICA)
– Legal education
– Working experience with crypto/gambling/e-commerce merchants
