KYC Analyst with German

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a KYC Analyst t you’ll be a trusted business advisor. You’ll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis and providing insight and innovation into the business. You’ll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.

In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Scope of Duties:

• Download/Upload documents from the German Register and Internal Client Databases.
• Conduct case investigations and ensure work adheres to defined engagement policies and procedures.
• Produces quality work within program standards.
• Manages work efficiently to meet production goals (daily targets) and project deliverables.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluency in German – both verbal and written (C1/C2)
• Operational English – B2 and above
• Proven experience in producing high-quality work alongside remaining calm and focused under pressure is essential
• Effective at managing time appropriately and organizing workload for maximum productivity
• Proactive and flexible approach to personal workload and wider team targets
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
• Positive mindset
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
