KYC Change Management Group Manager

Project/Program Management - Key member of an exciting & dynamic change management team responsible for executing change related to KYC, Screening & Contracts/Doc Management as well as other initiatives tied to the BSA/AML. Will lead the E2E Change management process for projects/programs related to KYC/AML. May potentially manage a team of project managers who are the primary contact for internal clients and groups within the organization. The team is responsible for end-to-end change management activities including but not limited to intake, project prioritization, impact assessments, operational readiness , client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation. Serves as a liaison between internal clients and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification. Manages communication with the business at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues. Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery is in conformance with company methodologies. Provides guidance on business and technical subject matter to associates. Conducts status meetings and facilitates risk mitigation and resolution of more complex issues. Will be required to r ecruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Recommends enhancements to project /change management tools/techniques and company methodologies. Responsible for the achievement of multiple team goals and objectives.

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred. Project Management experience preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.
