KYC Coordinator

As a KYC Coordinator at SumUp, you will

• Guarantee overall adherence of KYC processes to regulatory rules
• Guarantee proper report of KYC processes and policies internally with AML and Compliance teams, but also externally, with card schemes compliance programs, and the Central Bank of Brazil
• Ensure correct report, data and plans for internal audit reports, including KYC refresh initiative
• Lead onboarding operational team to guarantee KYC processes main indicators such as SLAs and quality
• Guarantee correct processes for SDD, CDD and EDD based on the customer's risk level
• Identify opportunities to increase agent efficiency and process improvements
• Define optimal capacity planning for the onboarding operations team

You'll be great for this role if you

• Are familiar with regulatory business norms and resolutions, preferably knowledge of KYC processes such as CDD and EDD
• Have advanced English skills
• Have solid leadership and people development experience
• Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Are familiar with operational processes and continuous improvement
• Have experience or are familiar with operational KPIs
