What you’ll be spending your time on: 

• The KYC Department oversees and operates Payoneer’s end-user onboarding process.  

• KYC combines service orientation with enforcement of industry Compliance standards, aiming to ensure a smooth customer experience while keeping Payoneer compliant with KYC/AML regulations. 

• Review new customers' information and documents, using a combination of internal and external policies and tools.  

• Review of various service requests (withdrawal, opt-in card, additional payment methods), to reinforce KYC protocols. 

• Making the decision to approve/decline/provide additional info/docs that will help reconsider the application. 

• collaborate with various business departments and operational departments including customer care, payments review, Risk, and compliance.

Have you done this kind of stuff? 

• English – High level  

• General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications

• Previous experience in an operational center – an advantage 

• Multilingual – an advantage 

• Working experience with compliance requirements – an advantage 

KYC Representatives Training Course 

Please note: All selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive, paid KYC training program designed to set you up for success in this role. 

• Start Date: January 19, 2025 (tentative and may be subject to change)

• Duration: 4 weeks (Sunday to Thursday, full-time) 

• Format: In-person, on-site 

• Language: Conducted entirely in English 

• Attendance for the entire duration of the course is mandatory.
