KYC Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Interaction with partners and support staff to process requests for KYC, Fraud advice and Chargeback.
• Taking appropriate measures on suspicious transactions based on data analysis in order to collect additional information on the incident.
• Preparation and analysis of reports.

• higher education is required (preferably financial/economic);
• communication skills;
• English from A2 level.

• shift work schedule: from 8:00-16:00; 16:00-24:00; after the probation period, it may be 24:00-08:00 (shifts may fall on Saturday, Sunday, holidays);
