We are currently seeking a L2 / L3 Application Support (Remote) to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Day-to-Day Job Duties

• Provide L2 and L3 Support for the Invision Application
• Analyze issue to be resolved or enhancement requirements to be developed
• Re-create issue in test environment if possible
• Identify solution
• Code and test solution when appropriate
• Communicate / Coordinate with Test Team to get code or issue solution QA Tested
• Revise code or other soluition based on results from Test Team, and re-submit for more testing
• Follow client processes for code / othe solution approval and release to Production
• Provide follow-up support for above code as needed
• Incident and Change Management
• Provide status as requested by client and NTT Data personnel

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting healthcare applications.
• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting mainframe Cobol applications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting healthcare provider accounting applications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting the Invision application
• Experience using SQL and DB2 with mainframe applications
• Experience with Job handling/monitoring
• Knowledge of Journaling and triggers

Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or a related field

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $71,300 - 106,300. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
