Role L3 Network Voice Support Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set Strong knowledge and experience on supporting Cisco voice solution (Network Voice, CUCM, CER)

Location of Requirement Milwaukee, WI• 10+ years of experience on Infrastructure Project Delivery in areas like VoIP, Telephony, voicemail and Conferencing (Audio, Video, Web)• Act as a Technical Lead for Network Telephony services• Provide expert-level hands on network infrastructure support• Resolve networking telephony issues involving complex configuration and technical depth• Recommend, design and implement solutions for network telephony projects• Perform resource-based capacity planning and management for network telephony systems• Collaborate with Security team to identify ways to improve network security• Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and exercise activities• Hands-on experience on the below Unified Communications Applications and video conferencing devices.

c. Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express

d. Cisco Unified Presence

e. Cisco Emergency Responder CER

f. Cisco Meeting place, Webex meeting server, Cisco Expressway

g. Gateways: Cisco VG224, VG248, H.323 Gateway, MGCP Gateway, CUBE

h. Endpoints: Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator , Jabber, SIP Soft Phones

i. Cisco/Tandberg Video conferencing MCU and endpoints.• Provided High Level Design and Low Level Design for New Implementation and up gradation solution.• Have experience in setting up Cisco IP Telephony environment and Disaster Recovery Sites.• Configuration , installation and Troubleshooting (Cisco CUCM, Voicemail, VoIP Endpoints & servers)• Expertise in Dial plan management, call accounting systems and voicemail systems• Experience in Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing and Web Conferencing systems• Executing Customer Specific Proof of Concept.• Expertise in various tools such as Cisco Ops Manager, RTMT( Real Time Monitoring Tool), Cisco Prime collaboration, Solarwinds , HP NNMI.• CISCO Certified Network Professional (Voice)• Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix.• Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support• Must be able to lead the critical outage calls• Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required• Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide activities report.• CISCO Certified Network Professional (Voice)• Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide activities report.
