Job Overview
Specific responsibilities of the Regional Manager for IT Systems include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy
- Ensuring the smooth running of the IT operations in the field, including user support, IT systems, domain services, communications, and connectivity
- Monitoring upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
- Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems
- Providing guidance and support to regional office IT staff as they perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on the servers, PCs, and other devices
- Network configuration assessments, and implementing Hardware/software upgrades and improvements
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve collaboration technology issues related to Zoom, MS Teams and video conference equipment quickly and effectively
- Planning and executing technology projects and system implementations in the field in an organized and effective manner. Establishing project scopes, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables that support business goals and tracking projects progress
- Assisting regional office IT staff in planning and managing new office build outs, and office moves
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, learning and innovation within the IT service department
- Managing and developing the IT service process team, including hiring, training, coaching and performance evaluation
- Planning and developing IT budgets for regional offices, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness
- Working with regional office IT staff on maintaining up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure and equipment in each regional office
- Standardizing information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Developing, and implementing new IT procedures in the field and reviewing and enhancing existing procedures
Pay & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.
The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $250,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
