Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the laboratory management sector, is seeking a Lab Inventory Coordinator to join their team. As a Lab Inventory Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various projects and builds. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
Job Title: Lab Inventory Coordinator
Location: Sunnyvale, CA - 100% Onsite
Duration: 12 Months on Experis W2
What's the Job?
- Manage on-site program replenishments and disbursements.
- Record and track material on hand against the BOM for upcoming builds and projects (verify packing slip, order confirmation, QC inspection).
- Responsible for stockroom duties including shipping and receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions related to material management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Shipping and Logistics team for inbound/outbound shipments.
- Communicate with management regarding customer issues or potential problems.

What's Needed?
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with analytical skills to reconcile various reports.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong competence with spreadsheet functionality (Google Sheets, MS Office, etc.).
- 2+ years of inventory management experience preferred in a lab/assembly environment or similar.
