Laborer NA-02

MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Three (3) month of laboring experience required.
2. Must have the ability to use, control, and clean tools and power equipment used.
3. Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervisor of each task assigned.

PCS Costs

• Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

FWS Allowances and Differentials

• This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
• All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.

• Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

Incentives and Bonuses

• Incentives will not be paid.
