Position Overview
We are looking for an Information Technology Program Manager I (LACCD SAC 440) for our contract with Los Angeles Community College District to oversee all business intelligence development activities for assigned projects.
This is an on-site (5 days a week) full time position in the Los Angeles area.

Position Description
- Translate business requirements into a full end-to-end Business Intelligence Solution.
- Architect all BI solutions for assigned projects.
- Create (ensure creation of) all solution documentation.
- Achieve and maintain relevant technical competencies and help to foster an environment of continued growth and learning among colleagues on existing and emerging technologies.
- Effectively prioritize responsibilities and communicate status of efforts to the project team.
- Possess strong business acumen and consistently demonstrates forward thinking.
- Ability to effectively work with ambiguous or incomplete information.
- Must have a working knowledge and understanding of architectural frameworks and best practices.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of technical infrastructure, protocols and networks.
- Must have experience on multiple hardware and software environments and be comfortable in heterogeneous systems.
- Must possess a deep working knowledge of multiple platforms, operating systems, databases technology.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must be able to routinely work with little or no supervision.
- Must be able to effectively and efficiently handle multiple and shifting priorities.
- Must remain calm while working in a high-pressure environment with many short deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications (please do not apply if you donβt meet these qualifications)
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required. A high school diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted.
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with relational and multidimensional database design, implementation, strong T-SQL and knowledge of MDX.
- Proficient in Power BI.
- Experience with reporting systems and data warehouse requirements gathering, analysis and design of ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Expert knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence design principles.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools, including the Microsoft BI Stack: SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
- Experience with delivering OLAP data to end users through Excel or other analytics products.
- Knowledge Trimble PMIS Systems
- Knowledge of UII System
