Lactation Consultant, RN

Reporting to the Director of Nursing/Maternal Child Services, the Lactation Consultant provides coordination of patient and staff education to support, protect, and promote breastfeeding for both inpatients and outpatients at Redlands Community Hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse preferred; required for Lactation Consultant RN.
2. Certified Lactation Education Credential required for Lactation Educator.
3. Current International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification required for Lactation Consultant.
4. Current CPR certificate required.
