Landscape Laborer

Job Summary Las Vegas Backyard Builders is a locally-owned company specializing in high-end residential backyard transformations. From custom patios and outdoor kitchens to fire features and complete landscaping, we take pride in bringing dream outdoor spaces to life. We’re growing and looking to add a reliable, skilled Landscape Laborer to our hardworking crew. We are seeking a Landscape Laborer witha minimum of 3 years of hands-on experienceinall aspects related to landscape construction. Responsibilities • Assist with all phases of landscape installation including grading, planting, irrigation, hardscape, and lighting • Operate landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., skid steer, trencher, compactors) • Install pavers, artificial turf, retaining walls, and outdoor structures • Run and troubleshoot irrigation systems • Follow project plans and work under the supervision of the foreman or project manager • Maintain a clean and safe job site • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow Responsibilities • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction • Experience with residential landscape installation (including pavers, turf, drainage, irrigation, etc.) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, etc.) • Must be punctual, dependable, and take pride in quality workmanship Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $21.11 - $25.42 per hour Schedule: • Day shift • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
