Job Summary: 
The Large Format Digital Print Operator maintains large format printers to produce prints according to specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Maintain schedules for digital print jobs.
• Operates and maintains color imaging devices. 
• Trims completed print as necessary.
• Inspects finished prints for defects and remove if necessary.
• Facilitates quality control in the printing and finishing process.
• Maintains accurate record of time and materials spent on each job/project along with keeping accurate internal job sheets and recording pertinent job information. 
• Use various printing technologies as flatbed printing, latex, lamination, plotting and routing.
• Utilize RIP (Raster Image Processor) software to convert images for high quality output.
• Operates router; works in finishing to trims completed prints necessary.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Experience with large format printers and RIP software is essential. 
• Previous warehouse experience. 
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Basic math skills. 
• Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received. 
• Dependable and punctual
• Opportunity for over-time as needed.

Education and Experience: 

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience operating a large or grand format printer.
•  

Physical Requirements: Standing- 80%, Walking-20%

Shift Available & Schedule: 2nd shift 4:00pm-12:00am
