All about the role:The Last Mile Coordinator resides with in Electrolux's group Supply Chain organization specifically within the Electrolux Delivery Center (EDC) network. This role will own, support, and manage network performance metrics including exception management routines to drive excellence in Electrolux Home Delivery and Installation by working closely with our Last Mile 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to ensure an effective operation of the delivery and install network and providing prompt resolution of issues encountered during an order's life cycle.

What you'll do:As the Last Mile Coordinator, you will perform daily audits on Last Mile deliveries to their successful completion to support cost savings projects and enhance operational flow. Your attention to detail will help you successfully verify Last Mile documents such as proof of delivery, proof of billing, and completed installation documentation and escalate any deviations from company standards. In addition, you will utilize Last Mile digital tools for internal and customer communication as well as communicate with 3PL partners on order updates and resolution of open issues.If you have a strong sense of urgency, analytical, and looking for a career growth opportunity, we welcome your application!

Provide feedback to region managers.

Document claim detail: file claims with 3PL providers and report claim recovery.

Validation and approval of 3PL invoices. Ensure prompt invoicing and payment of services.

Provide ad-hoc delivery and install status reporting.

Manage integration health between order management and last mile operational systems.

Qualifications required:

High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred

Demonstrated experience with data analysis and measurement reporting.

Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

General knowledge of home delivery business concepts and their impact to business profitability.

SAP experience preferred
