All about the role:
TheLast Mile Senior Business Analyst resides with in Electrolux's group SupplyChain organization specifically within the Electrolux Delivery Center (EDC)network. This role will own, support, and managenetwork performance metrics including exception management routines to driveexcellence in Electrolux Home Delivery and Installation. This role will analyze large amounts of datato highlight performance and cost out opportunities within the EDC network. The Sr. Analyst will develop and implementperformance models to optimize the efficiency and quality of information usedby Regional Managers in support of decision making, while being responsible fordistilling service level performance to key stakeholders in the Last Mile andSales teams.
What you'll do:
As the Last Mile SeniorBusiness Analyst, you will own data quality and accuracy from the LastMile digital platform, FarEye, and perform regular synchronization auditsbetween FarEye and Electrolux's order system, SAP. Your strong analyticalskills and the ability to collect and disseminate significant amounts ofinformation with attention to detail will generate Last Mile KPI performanceanalysis. This analysis will be used to prioritize business needs and definenew process improvement opportunities. Your adept knowledge of SQL queries, dashboarddevelopment, and visual insight reporting will allow you to present datafindings to develop operational plans and processes. While your creative problem-solving abilitieswill add input to the collaborative effort across the organization to develop strategicLast Mile improvements.

In detail, you will:
Use of FarEye data to create daily exceptions dashboards and processes that proactively communicate potential failures and past due deliveries to actionable teams.
Application of lean manufacturing and sustainable supply chain disciplines to lead cost reduction or service level improvement projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve insight accessibility and understanding of key performance metrics.
Provide timely business management reporting and commentary for Global, Last Mile, and Sales leadership.
Provide mentorship for the Last Mile Business Analyst to aid in development of advanced skill proficiencies and analytical capabilities.
Qualificationsrequired:
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in business or other quantitative discipline (ie. Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Systems business).
Minimum 3 - 5 years of operational work experience with emphasis on analytics and business intelligence reporting.
Advanced data analysis skills through the usage of SQL, Microsoft Excel, MS Access, and PowerBI (or other visual insights program).
Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and databases. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
Knowledge of supply chain business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization.

Thisposition will be based at our North American Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Limited travel may be required.
