Xyngular is in search of a Latino Market Development Manager to join our growing company. We are seeking an innovative, self-starter who can help grow our company into new Latino markets. If you have a strong direct sales/network marketing background with a proven track record helping companies in our space expand into new markets, are Spanish speaking and you have been there and done that, then you are who we are looking for!

Responsibilities:
- Establish and meet or exceed market development goals while operating within the assigned budget.
- Develop data-driven and strategic development plans based on company goals that will promote timely market openings and eventual sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
- Ensure communications are coordinated, support development plan objectives, and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the company vision.
- Provide leadership in all departments within the organization.
- Accountable for budgeting, forecasting, and all profit and loss figures.
- Responsible for the initial financial performance of new markets.
- Be a leader for the team, work to develop the staff of the market.
- Ensure that the practices of the local business unit are consistent with local laws and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of successful international development experience specifically in the network marketing industry
- Must have significant project management experience. Must communicate very well, be detail-oriented, and collaborate well with others.
- Must speak fluent Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, and marketing or related field.
- Extensive experience within a network marketing/direct sales company.
- Thorough knowledge of direct selling strategies and tactics.
- Exceptional communication skills and desire to build lasting relationships.
- Forecasting and quota management skills.
- Ability to meet travel requirements and flexible hours of the position.
- The ideal candidate has additional language skills.
