Launch Manager

ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are searching for an experienced, brilliant, driven project manager to add to this dynamic team. The Launch Manager will be responsible for driving Waystar's product readiness through project management, cross-functional collaboration, team communication, and support. The selected candidate will drive readiness programs across Waystar through employee learning events and engagements that provide the right knowledge, tools and understanding to help drive new products to success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts
• Review proposed product changes to assess the ability to implement and support these changes
• Facilitate team meetings and interactions to ensure readiness
• Develop business Critical To Quality (CTQ) requirements with the cross functional teams
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Identify training and documentation needs for all Waystar product releases and updates
• Perform Operations risk assessment, mitigation, management & monitoring processes
• Extremely detailed on all communications to make sure information is received and clearly understood
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Delivery Managers to ensure the organizational needs and client needs are met

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Must be an analytical yet strategic thinker
• Outstanding presentation abilities and the ability to communicate at all levels of the Business
• Good skills and knowledge of relationship-focused leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Drive successful operationalization of product releases and updates
• Ensure the proper use of cross-functional organizational readiness project plans
• Present materials, your department, and yourself with the utmost professionalism
• Able and willing to travel on a periodic basis
• Must have 2+ years' project management experience
• An advanced degree is preferred
• Experience working for a Healthcare Technology company
• Experience in applying Project Manager principles, practices, and theory for a software development team
