Launch Manager Luxembourg
Job Description
Take the next step in your career – Be part of our market entry in Luxembourg!
We are on an exciting journey to digitally revolutionise the beauty and wellness industry, and Luxembourg is our next stop. As a Launch Manager, you will be responsible for establishing our presence in the local market, creating meaningful partnerships with salon owners, and ensuring our SaaS platform becomes the go-to solution for the industry.
In this hybrid role (based in Luxembourg), you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on action, visiting salons, pitching our solution, and helping partners onboard successfully. You’ll play a crucial role in driving our go-to-market strategy, supported by a dynamic international team.
As a Launch Manager, you’ll take ownership of our market entry in Luxembourg. Your mission is to identify, engage, and convert salons into loyal customers by demonstrating how our solution transforms their business operations. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to onboarding, and ensuring salon partners thrive with our platform.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving our go-to-market strategy and leading the launch in Luxembourg.
- Building relationships with salon owners through onsite field sales and telesales.
- Guiding salons through the onboarding process and helping them thrive with our platform.
- Acting as the face of our brand and closing deals to grow our local network.
- Sharing market insights to refine our strategy and improve our product offering.
About you:
You’re a sales professional with a proven track record of success, ideally in SaaS or the tech industry. You understand the nuances of market entry and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Your commercial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills allow you to connect with potential clients and build trust quickly.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Experience with onsite field sales and telesales, with the ability to engage clients effectively both in person and over the phone.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies or market launches.
- Fluent in Luxembourgish and English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable traveling regularly within Luxembourg to meet clients face-to-face.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
- Driver’s license and ability to travel independently.
- Hands-on mentality, with a low-ego approach and a big sense of humor.
