Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Launch Project Strategist to directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce who are changing the way people use energy! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that new projects are effectively and efficiently launched to align with our Statement of Work (SOW) and exceed our client expectations. The Launch Project Strategist will be the point person for all teams during the launch, until full operation is assumed by the delivery team.

For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can

• Implement new launch workflows across all aspects of project launch activities, for multiple program types, while ensuring launch adheres to scope, budget and timelines as defined within the SOWs
• Manage the project life-cycle - including strategy, design, development, resourcing, and implementation - across a multitude of stakeholders, to drive accountability towards numerous milestones
• Successfully manage multiple priorities for several resources and projects at one time, with detailed scheduled reports on measurable items Following each launch, evaluate the results and share learnings with the Launch Director, and implement Action Plans as needed.

Communication will be key, in this role you must:

• Administer engagements with clients during launch in collaboration with regional operational staff
• Communicate launch statuses to regional team, Launch Director, and other key-stakeholders
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide identify problems, create solutions, implement efficiency improvements, and escalates issues appropriately
• Demonstrate ability to negotiate conflict, manage differences of opinion, and communicate with all different personality types among team members effectively
